Bridging the Gap: Professional Development

I collaborated with classmate Ruka to design a professional development platform using collaborative, technology-enabled learning approaches for secondary teachers (grades 6–12). The project addresses a critical gap in accessible teacher professional development—a need that directly impacts student learning and classroom engagement. Using data collection and analysis, I identified barriers to engagement and designed evidence-based solutions to improve outcomes.
